At banrasstyle.com, our main focus is to keep customers happy by providing best quality products. Our returns & refunds policy are made in such a way that our customers are satisfied with our policy in every step. So, please check our return policy which is listed below:
First of all, you need to mail your return query on our mail firstname.lastname@example.org along with order number, your name, & return reason.
For any queries you can contact us on: (+91-8238768778) and this is the only number we have. Please dont call on any other number for any queries and don't provide any OTP/Card details. We are not liable if anyone asks your OTP/card details when you call on other number.
Always keep in mind to report your return query within 3 days of receiving a product.
Always return product using registered courier as advised on the return authorization mail.
The shipping cost which need to return the product to our warehouse is borne by customer itself.
We will do a quality check of product which you return out us, figure what went wrong and will urgent steps to prevent such problems from happening.
As safe delivery to your destination is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to our warehouse is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested warehouse address in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or tracking code till it gets delivered to us.
It is very rare that you received product in damaged condition. If it happens, then kindly mail us a photo of the damaged product. You must e-mail us the damaged items of your product within 14 days of order delivery.
Upon completion of above steps, we gladly offer you a return & refund for a product. Please note refund will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason of return. If the product got damaged from customer’s end, then we are not liable to provide any refund. After we received product to our warehouse, we will initiate refund as a store credits in your BS WALLET.
Kindly note that you can return a product in case of damage, expectations not met or any such relevant reason through our E-mail: email@example.com with order number along with genuine reason for requesting a return.
You will acknowledged with return instructions on your registered e-mail within 2-3 business days.
Do not return the products to our warehouse without informing to our customer care team on e-mail. Once you will return instructions on e-mail, then you are eligible to return the product to our warehouse.
It is mandatory for a customer to self-courier the product to our warehouse address as we don’t have reverse pickup facility.
As we receive the parcel we will give the store credits to your wallet after deducting a nominal charge for order processing.
In some cases, if you are returning an item due to alteration or modification from our end, we do not charge you for the same.
Returns will not be accepted for the products which are sold during promotional offers.
Any cancellations will not be entertained prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the ordered product will not be eligible for cancellation. Kindly call/mail us to cancel your order.
